Orblies Discord Bot — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy explains what the official Orblies Discord bot (“the Bot”), made by Peribsen Studios, collects and how it's used. We keep it to the minimum the Bot needs to work.

1. What we collect

• Discord IDs: your user ID, server ID and channel ID, so the Bot knows where and for whom to answer.
• Usernames and display names, to show them in Bot messages.
• Command input: what you type into the Bot's commands, only to carry out that command.
• Server settings chosen by admins (for example which channel gets announcements).

The Bot does not read your private messages and does not collect passwords, emails or payment details.

2. How we use it

Only to run the Bot's features, fix problems and keep it safe from abuse. We don't sell, rent or share your data with advertisers.

3. How long we keep it

Command data is used in the moment and not stored. Settings and feature data (for example linked game info or event entries) are kept while the Bot is in your server, and deleted when the Bot is removed or when you ask us to.

4. Sharing

Data is only processed by Discord and the hosting service that runs the Bot. We'll only share data if the law requires it.

5. Children

Discord requires users to be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country). The Bot is meant for users who meet Discord's age rules.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to see or delete your data at any time. Server admins can remove the Bot, which stops all collection for that server.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top.

8. Contact

For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact us in the official Orblies Discord server or through orblies.com.
