Orblies Discord Bot — Terms of Service

Last updated: October 9, 2026

These terms apply to the official Orblies Discord bot (“the Bot”), made by Peribsen Studios (“we”, “us”). By adding the Bot to a server or using its commands, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the Bot

• You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Don't use the Bot to spam, harass others, break the law, or try to break, overload or exploit it.
• Server admins are responsible for how the Bot is set up and used in their server.

2. Game features

The Bot shares Orblies news, events and community features. Anything shown by the Bot (rewards, codes, stats) has no real-world money value and can't be exchanged for money. In-game items are governed by the Orblies game and Roblox's Terms of Use.

3. Availability

The Bot is provided “as is”. We try to keep it online but can't promise it will always work, and we may change, pause or stop it at any time.

4. Ending access

We may block any user or server from the Bot if these terms are broken. You can stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server.

5. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we aren't responsible for any loss or damage from using the Bot.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the Bot after a change means you accept it.
